Changed TSnippet.TDisplayNameEqualityComparer.GetHashCode to be case insensitive.

Changed code that calculates hash for TSnippetList elements to use TSnippetID.Hash.

Added Hash method to TSnippetID.

Modified code that adds a new snippet to the database to use an internally generated unique name (id) for the snippet instead of name provided by user.

Signature of methods that add and duplicate snippets retain snippet name parameter at present to allow calling code to compile. However the snippet name is ignored.

Removed CS.SourceCode.Pascal.UnitAnalyser unit, made redundant by changes to CS.SourceCode.Pascal.TestUnit at r3734.

Changed so that generated unit name is same for all test units: it is no longer based on snippet name.
Added new TPascalTestUnit.RequiredFileEncoding method to determine encoding required for test unit.
These two changes remove dependency on CS.SourceCode.Pascal.UnitAnalyser unit, so unit reference removed.

Removed redundant method from TMemoHelper.

Corrected information about paths tab of about box.

Workaround for possible bug in TCustomSynEdit.Text property that was including garbage at end of editor text.
