CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Deleted all library specific build targets except "libraries" that builds all of the libraries.
Changed "libraries" target to call Make on Src/Lib/Makefile to build all libraries.

Modified SynEdit target to copy SynEdit.res to Bin\Lib after compilation. This is needed by CodeSnip build process.

Don't want to add Src\Lib\SynEdit to CodeSnip search path because that causes SynEdit source to be compiled when doing a full build of CodeSnip.

Removed ..\Bin\Lib\Pkg from unit search path that was added in error in r3718.

Removed redundant "3rdParty" directory from compiler search path.
Added ..\Bin\Lib\Pkg to CodeSnip.dproj in error.

Added new code editor frame, copied from experimental branch at r3716, to project.

Copied frame containing syntax highlighted source code editor from experimental branch and renamed into CU.UI.Frames namespace.

Merged revision(s) 3694-3712, 3314-3696 from trunk:

Updated with changes in trunk/Src after applying changes from release 4.8.3 to it.

Resolved conflicts with .vi files by ignoring merged changes.
Conflicts in Docs/License.html were resolve by rejecting trunk changes. Equivalent changes to those made in trunk have already been applied in r3705.
Changes to Src/3rdParty directory in trunk were not merged because that directory does not exist in parsnip. Similar changes to contents of 3rdParty has already been made in parsnip in r3703.

Updated third party PJShellFolders unit to version 2.3.1, released 30 October 2013.

This version removes calls to a deprecated Windows API function.
License changed to MPL 2.0

NOTE: This fix was also applied to CodeSnip 4 and the change is included in its change log. So this change should not be included in the v5 change log.

XMLDoc commented unit + some other commenting tweaks.

Modified parameters of THTMLHelpMgr.DoAppHelp to be the same as corresponding HtmlHelp function in Windows unit.
Removed cast of string to PChar in call to HtmlHelp to take advantage of function overloads in Windows unit.
