CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Corrected ordering of directories in source tree.

Added temporary notice that directory trees in Build documentation are out of date.

Modified build instructions re change from using MIDL to GenTLB to generate type library. All sections on skipping the type generation phase were removed now that the phase is no longer optional.

Also modified section about version of make to use to recommend Delphi XE version.

Added temporary note that documentation of Make is out of date.

Added details of directories used for CodeSnip portable launcher.

Added notes on required libraries included in source tree and on how to build them using the makefile.

Noted that Bin\Lib and Bin\Lib\Pkg directories may exist if libraries have been built.

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
