Added test case for TryStrToCardinal routine from UUtils unit.

Added test case for URIBaseName routine from UUtils unit.

Renamed test suite as TTestUtilsRoutines.

Added test cases for all routines in UStrUtils that didn't have them.

Added new StrBackslashEscape routine to UStrUtils unit. Based on CEscapeString from UJavaScriptUtils, but modified and bug-fixed.
Created test case for StrBackslashEscape to TestUStrUtils.

Merged revision(s) 3001-3015 from branches/xe-migration:

Reintegrated xe-migration branch into trunk. Probably the shortest lived branch ever, but the job was easier than expected!

Includes all revisions required to change compiler from Delphi 2010 to Delphi XE.

Includes changes to project file, source file to prevent hints and warnings, some correction of parameter types, avoidance of calls to deprecated Windows API methods. Also updated documentation & help file where relevant.

Copied TestUContainers.pas (test cases for UContainers unit) from new-backend branch.

LICENSE file in root describes licensing in general.
