Updated third party PJWdwState unit to bug-fixed version 5.5.5, released 30 October 2013.

Changes don't directly impact on functionality of CodeSnip.

Updated third party PJSysInfo unit to bug-fixed v4.0.2, released 29 October 2013.

Changes in this release fix a potential bug in CodeSnip's operating system detection mechanism that may fail on Windows 2000.

NOTE: This fix was also applied to CodeSnip 4 and the change is included in its change log. So this change should not be included in the v5 change log.

Directory restructuring change:

Modified paths in project and make files re new location of DDabLib, Collections and SynEdit projects.

Directory restructuring change:

Moved DDabLib, DelphiColl and SynEdit library diretories from Src/Lib/3rdParty into Src/Lib and deleted now empty Src/Lib/3rdParty directory.
