Added new method to TSyntaxHiliterBrushes that returns an array of all attributes supported by all supported syntax highlighters.
Various changes to support this including new methods of TSyntaxHiliterAttr and a change over to using DelphiColl collections in unit.

Modified validation checks for language and brush identifiers to conform to revised format per docs.

Changed requirements of a valid brush id.

Added new PascalBrushID method to TSyntaxHiliterBrushes.
Replaced 'ObjectPascal' literal string in various units with calls to TSyntaxHiliterBrushes.PascalBrushID.

Copied three units from experimental branch and added to project.
