Added new method to TSyntaxHiliterBrushes that returns an array of all attributes supported by all supported syntax highlighters.
Various changes to support this including new methods of TSyntaxHiliterAttr and a change over to using DelphiColl collections in unit.

Added overload of TSyntaxHiliteTheme.Clone that gives cloned theme a new ID.

Fixed memory leak in TSortedCollectionCtrlKVMgr.

Removed redundant dialogue boxes that were used in selecting and saving user-defined highlight styles.

Total rewrite. This preferences tab now lets user choose highlighter theme to use for UI, exported files and printing.
Includes a button that will display the highlighter editor when it is implement. At present it does nothing.

New current syntax highlighter array type.

Changed parameter type in TFontHelper.ListMonoSpaceFonts.

Changed to use TUnsortedCollectionCtrlKVMgr to manage cbSnippetKinds combo box.

Added new TAbstractCollectionCtrlKVMgr methods: GetKeyAt, GetFirstKey and GetLastKey.
Also a little refactoring.

Corrected TAbstractCollectionCtrlKVMgr's Add method to preserve current selection and Delete method to preserve selection unless selected item was delete, in which case next item, where available is selected.
