Changed frame units, that are not part of any other namespace, from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Added facility to preferences dialog box to notify caller if any changes were made that require main window UI to be re-displayed.
All preferences frames were modified to flag such changes.
Modified TDialogMgr manager to pass this extra info to main form.
Modified main form to refresh display if required.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Amended TPrefsBaseFrame and descendants with additional abstract methods and their implementations to work with re-implemented preferences dialog box. Each frame now provides information needed by TPreferencesDlg to dynamically create the preferences frames and their host tab sheets:
* Index class function determines relative postion of frame in preferences dialog box.
* DisplayName method provides caption of tab sheet that hosts the frame.
* Frame's HelpKeyword property is set appropriately.
* Concrete frame classes now register themselves with TPreferencesDlg in their initialization sections

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.

Merged changes from /branches/os-fonts:22-106 branch.

These changes add support for default operating system fonts to main display and dialog boxes.
