* Added new FmGenericModalDlg unit containing TGenericModalDlg class. This class is new base class for all modal dialogue boxes and descends from TGenericDlg.
* Changed all existing modal dialogue box classes that descended from TGenericDlg to descend from TGenericModalDlg instead.
* Removed code specific to modal dialogue boxes from TGenericDlg into TGenericModalDlg, making TGenericDlg suitable as a base class for both modal and non-modal dialogue boxes.
* Made protected sections in some classes strict.

Removed facility to specify to TFontHelper whether a font must be true type or not since all fonts are true type now.

Modified TFontHelper methods and calling code accordingly. Also removed redundant constant from TFontHelper.

Fixed some errors in new MPL 2.0 comments.

Changed form units, along with any subsidiary frames and classes in their namespace, from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

* Added new methods to TCtrlArranger to move a control to the left or right of a reference control, with optional margin.
* Modified several form and frame units to use the new TCtrlArranger methods.

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.

Merged changes from /branches/os-fonts:22-106 branch.

These changes add support for default operating system fonts to main display and dialog boxes.
