Merged revision(s) 3001-3015 from branches/xe-migration:

Reintegrated xe-migration branch into trunk. Probably the shortest lived branch ever, but the job was easier than expected!

Includes all revisions required to change compiler from Delphi 2010 to Delphi XE.

Includes changes to project file, source file to prevent hints and warnings, some correction of parameter types, avoidance of calls to deprecated Windows API methods. Also updated documentation & help file where relevant.

Removed facility to specify to TFontHelper whether a font must be true type or not since all fonts are true type now.

Modified TFontHelper methods and calling code accordingly. Also removed redundant constant from TFontHelper.

Removed compiler glyphs from Test Compile dialogue box (licensing concerns for glyphs).

Changed form units, along with any subsidiary frames and classes in their namespace, from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Modified Duplicate Snippet, Find Cross References, Test Compile and Test Unit dialogue boxes to use snippet display names in their captions or content.

Part of fix for bug #3559239 (http://bit.ly/Pm1HU4).

Removed redundant code for drawing compiler controls for unavailable compilers: these are no longer displayed.

Changed test compile dialogue box to only display available compilers.
Changed scroll box to size to number of compiler result controls up to a maximum of 8, after which it scrolls.

Modified to use Preferences.DBHeadingColours[] property to get colour to use to render snippet and category heading text.

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree
