CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Copied CS.Utils.Hashes unit into parsnip branch from experimental branch and added to CodeSnip project.

Added back CSS deleted in error that put a border round Credits and Attributions scrolling list on "About the Program" tab.

Removed main database directory from diretories displayed on About box's Paths tab.

Changed file paths where config files and databases are stored.
Also fixed a bug in TAppInfo.ChangeUserDataDir where database path was not being changed when running in standard mode (logic was reversed).

** Note: Even though a new location has been provided for the "main" database, this will not be used in CodeSnip 5.

Added new UserConfigFileName and CommonConfigFileName methods to TAppInfo and modified TIniSettingsBase to use the new methods instead of declaring file names explicitly.

Added test case for ParseSQLDateTime routine.

Added test for TryStrToWord routine.
Minor tweak to test for TryStrToCardinal routine.

Re-labelled tests.

Standardised header comments to be same as other test suites.

Added new test suite for UURIEncode unit, which was also added to project.
