Added .pas suffixes to some file names.

Corrected entry for SynEditJEDI.inc - MPL/LGPL licensed, not tri-licensed,

Corrected main license for SynEdit from MPL / GPL / LGPL tri-license to MPL / GPL dual license.
Noted that the tri-license does apply to SynEditJedi.inc.

New group project file for libraries.

Changed "typelib" target to use GenTLB to generate type library from .ridl source instead of using MIDL to complie .idl source. Removed support for skipping type library generation now that MIDL is no longer used.

Converted source code of ExternalObj.tlb type library from IDL to RIDL and renamed file accordingly.

New makefile for building DUnit test project either as GUI or Console from source in Src/Tests/DUnit directory.

Revised usage information in header comments.

Directory restructuring change:

Created new Src/Tests directory.
Moved Tests/Src/DUnit directory and its contents into Src/Tests to create Src/Tests/DUnit.
Updated project group and CodeSnipTests project files re these changes.
Deleted now empty Src/Tests directory.

Directory restructuring change:

New, Assets directory structure in Src/Main. Contains no files. All new files that would have gone into Src/Res before now go into these directories instead.
