Modified build instructions re change from using MIDL to GenTLB to generate type library. All sections on skipping the type generation phase were removed now that the phase is no longer optional.

Also modified section about version of make to use to recommend Delphi XE version.

Changed "typelib" target to use GenTLB to generate type library from .ridl source instead of using MIDL to complie .idl source. Removed support for skipping type library generation now that MIDL is no longer used.

Noted that new empty Src\Assets directory structure has been created.

Directory restructuring change:

Created new Src/Tests directory.
Moved Tests/Src/DUnit directory and its contents into Src/Tests to create Src/Tests/DUnit.
Updated project group and CodeSnipTests project files re these changes.
Deleted now empty Src/Tests directory.

Directory restructuring change:

New, Assets directory structure in Src/Main. Contains no files. All new files that would have gone into Src/Res before now go into these directories instead.
