CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

New project containing a launcher for CodeSnip portable that starts CodeSnip in portable mode.

Removed portable build options from makefile - the PORTABLE macro is no longer recognised.
Modified the "release" target to create both a standard release file, with installer and a so-called "portable" release containing exe etc. files with no installer.

Temporary change to setup script to set required versions numbers during v5 development process.

NOTE: Version numbers need updating to keep in sync with changes to VCodeSnip.vi is updated.

Added notes on required libraries included in source tree and on how to build them using the makefile.

Removed version information for portable edition now that it no longer exists as a separate build.

Changed to pass "5" as program edition to web service instead of either "portable" or "standard".

Modified to add info about whether running in standard or portable mode to "caller" parameter sent to web services. In case of TDBDownloadMgr this is sent with "logon" command while for TProgramUpdateMgr it is sent with "stats" command.

Some changes IDE keeps making to form.

Merged portable version of application into standard version. Portable version is now run via the -portable command line switch instead of a separately compiled program.

Some consequences:
* Same program may report a different serial number depending on how it is being run.
* Need to change codesnip program update web service to take a new "combined" edition and find some other means of passing info about whether CodeSnip is being used in standard or portable mode.

Removed commented out code.
