CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Changed to pass "5" as program edition to web service instead of either "portable" or "standard".

Modified to add info about whether running in standard or portable mode to "caller" parameter sent to web services. In case of TDBDownloadMgr this is sent with "logon" command while for TProgramUpdateMgr it is sent with "stats" command.

Some changes IDE keeps making to form.

Merged portable version of application into standard version. Portable version is now run via the -portable command line switch instead of a separately compiled program.

Some consequences:
* Same program may report a different serial number depending on how it is being run.
* Need to change codesnip program update web service to take a new "combined" edition and find some other means of passing info about whether CodeSnip is being used in standard or portable mode.

Removed commented out code.

Moved code that conditionally appends "localhost" to program caption from main form into TAppInfo.

Added new CS.Init.CommandLineOpts unit to project.

Modified to get information about whether using web server on localhost from TCommandLineOpts.

New unit that encapsulates options passed to the program on its command line.

Removed DDabLib units from project - they have been moved into new DDabLib package.
