CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Moved code originally taken from "ddab-lib" project (http://code.google.com/p/codesnip/) from Src/3rdParty to new Src/Lib/3rdParty/DDabLib directory.

Switched off generation of C++ Builder related binary files.

New .cfg files for building libraries from command line.

Added new "libraries" target to build all library units and packages.
Added new "bin" target to build all libraries and the CodeSnip exe.
Modified "everything" target to build libraries before CodeSnip.

Added new Bin\Lib directory to the CodeSnip project search path.

Added TComparer internal class to TDBSnippetID and added code required to support it.

Noted that Bin\Lib and Bin\Lib\Pkg directories may exist if libraries have been built.

Changed make config so that any existing Bin directory is emptied, leaving any sub-directories intact.

Added file giving details of SynEdit licensing.
