CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Added file giving details of DelphiColl licensing.

Modified library project files:
1) Removed Release and Default build configurations - now base only.
2) Removed unsupported Win64 target.
3) Changed to a runtime only package.
4) Modified description.
5) Changed DCU output to Bin/Lib directory and BPL & DCP output to Bin/Lib/Pkg
6) Removed references to files not included in this subset of the project.

Imported a minimal set of files from the "SynEdit" project v2.0.7 (http://synedit.sourceforge.net/) to new Src/Lib/3rdParty/SynEdit directory.

(SynEdit_RXE.* files came from the download's Packages directory while other files came from the Source directory.)

Reverted build number in version info to 0 and switched off auto-increment on build.

Added back resource file include - this file includes version information.

Modified default DelphiColl library project files:
1) Removed Release and Default build configurations - now base only.
2) Changed to a runtime only package.
3) Removed reference to a resource file.
4) Added description.
5) Changed DCU output to Bin/Lib directory and BPL & DCP output to Bin/Lib/Pkg

Added missing resource file to DelphiColl library.

Imported selected files from Ciobanu Alexandru's "delphi-coll" Delphi Collections project v1.1.0 (http://code.google.com/p/delphi-coll/) by to new Src/Lib/3rdParty/DelphiColl directory.

Fixed inconsistent line ends in Collections.Queues.pas to enable SVN to import it.

New Lib directory to hold source code that will not be directly included in the main CodeSnip project but that will be compiled into separate libraries.

The 3rdParty sub-directory is for library code from 3rd party developers.

I'm doing this to reduce the overhead on the Delphi IDE - getting dangerously close to out of memory exceptions if many more source code units (especially that which depends on generics) is added to the main project.
