Merged revision(s) 3001-3015 from branches/xe-migration:

Reintegrated xe-migration branch into trunk. Probably the shortest lived branch ever, but the job was easier than expected!

Includes all revisions required to change compiler from Delphi 2010 to Delphi XE.

Includes changes to project file, source file to prevent hints and warnings, some correction of parameter types, avoidance of calls to deprecated Windows API methods. Also updated documentation & help file where relevant.

Updated MPL v1.1 reference to mention the single file that is now using it.
Made reference to compiler explicitly mention Delphi 2010 rather than 2010 or later.
Fixed some typos.

Updated re change of license of PJMD5 unit from Mozilla Tri-License to MPL v2.0.

Deleted now redundant reference to Mozilla Tri-License along with text of GPL and LGPL licenses.

Updated license information for TListViewEx component following clarification from author. This affects license documents and about box credits.
