Added Hash function and TEqualityComparer object to TDBSnippetID.

New unit that implements a record that encapsulates markup text of different kinds.

New utility unit for hash functions. Currently contains only the Paul Larson hash function for Unicode strings.

Initially has just the TDBSnippetID advanced record type.

New skeleton application for testing adding, updating and deleting basic snippets from a new back-end database.

New sub-directories for experimental database code:
Engine - new database engine code
Extra - new code that is nothing to do with the database.
TestHarness - database test code

Added code and controls to exercise source code language classes.

Corrected name of code editor frame.

Added new ApplyLanguage method and TabSize property to TCodeEditorFrame.

Added new tab to main page control that exercises source code language definition files and resource.
