Added new Languages sub-directory and added its description to Read-me file.

Renamed all highlighter units and code editor unit into CS.SourceCode namespace.

Added Implicit operator overload to TSyntaxHiliteFontStyles to permit direct assignment from a TSyntaxHiliteFontStyles record to a TFontStyles set.
Modified using code re these changes.

Reimplemented TSyntaxHiliteFontStyles as a record that avoids the special and transparent treatment of its default state.
Updated all calling code to use the new record.

Deleted unused directory.
Updated ReadMe file re this deletion.
