Modified to work with new SynEdit based syntax highlight parser and revised highlighter attributes and styling system.
Temporarily modified methods that implemented IHiliteRenderer to implement IHiliteRenderer2 instead.

Added support for theme font name and size to THiliterCSS.BuildCSS.
