Changed code that saves a themes file to include each theme's background and foreground colours and its font name and size.

Added support for reading a theme's default foreground and background colours and font name and size from a theme definition.

Added support for theme font name and size to THiliterCSS.BuildCSS.

Added new DefaultBackground and DefaultForegrond properties and support for them to TSyntaxHiliteTheme.

Modified TSyntaxHiliteParser to pass a TSyntaxHiliteElemInfo record to begin and end element events instead of just attribute ID.
