Copied Hiliter.UGlobals and Hiliter.UHiliters units from TrunkSrc into experimental, renamed as CS.Hiliter.Renderers.Globals and CS.Hiliter.Renderers respectively.

Copied Hiliter.UPasParser unit from TrunkSrc into experimental code and renamed as CS.Hiliter.Parser.

Completely re-implemented the unit to use SynEdit highlighter for required language to parse the source code.

Added a TODO re providing font name and style.

Revised layout of various tests. All highlight related tests are now on same main tab with common controls being shared and each highlighting test have its own tab in a subsidiary page control.

Renamed "Brush Attributes" tab as "Code Editor & Brushes".
Added code editor frame to it and buttons that display sample source code and permit theme to be changed.

Added recently added SynEdit unit and unit implementing a container frame for the SynEdit control to the project files.

New frame containing SynEdit syntax highlighted edit control along with controlling methods.

Added further SynEdit units & resource file required for implementation of SynEdit based code editor.

Corrected comment attribute style for Visual Studio theme.

Added new method to TSyntaxHiliterBrush that returns sample source code for use in demonstrating the brush.
