Modified test code re recent changes in how styles are handled in themes.

Changed default colour to be used when no background or foreground colour is specified from clNone to clDefault - we now use clNone as an actual colour value.

Modified TSyntaxHiliteTheme.GetStyle to resolve any default styles in a brush by merging down to any default brush or base brush.
Also modified TSyntaxHiliteTheme.GetBrushStyle to require that requested brush ID exists.

Made minor change to "Test" theme.
Corrected error in header comments.

XMLDoc commented unit.

Added new tab sheet to page control that enables a brush and theme to be selected and its styles (including inherited style) to be displayed.

Removed destructor that was declared but had no implementation.

Added units and include files from the SynEdit project that were referenced in the project files at r3235.

These units are necessary units to enable the CS.Hiliter.Brushes unit to compile (see r3234), with support for Object Pascal, JavaScript, HTML and PHP brushes.

Added various pascal units and include files from SynEdit unit to the project files.

New unit that implements classes and types used to encapsulate a syntax highlighter brush. Included HTML, JavaScript, PHP and Object Pascal brushes.
