Modified preferences dialogue box to be passed required help topic via Execute method.

Added a "Select and Close" button that can optionally be displayed only if a valid snippet is provided. Clicking the button causes an XRef search to be returned that selects the snippets on the currently selected tab.

Changed form units, along with any subsidiary frames and classes in their namespace, from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Modified Dependencies dialogue box to display snippet display names instead of names.
Part of fix for bug #3559239 (http://bit.ly/Pm1HU4).

Also fixed bug #3559265 (http://bit.ly/NvV9iH): Viewing dependencies for un-named snippet or snippet not in database causes GPF.

Changed code that displays snippet names to use snippet display names instead.

Modified to use Preferences.DBHeadingColours[] property to get colour to use to render snippet and category heading text.

Removed snippet kind from end of snippet names in Depends Upon tab of Dependencies dialogue box.

Changed Dependencies dialogue box to display both a snippet's dependencies (as before) and the snippets it depends upon (new). Each is displayed in its own tab, and tabs that are displayed can be customised.
Modified calling code because of changes to signature of Execute methods.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree
