CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Changed units which have no specific namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Modified code that renders a snippet's source code in main display, as RTF on clipboard and in print documents to not use syntax highlighter when snippet's HiliteSource property is False.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

* Moved all units directly concerned with supporting syntax highlighting into the new "Hiliter" namespace. Some units were further renamed.
* Revised using units to use the new names.

Removed all conditional compilation re Unicode support. All code that supports non-Unicode compilers removed.

Updated copyright date where required on some files modified in 2010.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.
