This comprises all changes made from release 4.1.0 to release 4.1.1.

Changed units which have no specific namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Renamed TRTFStyleMap as TActiveTextRTFStyleMap and updated affected code.

Modified to use different styles / colours for different types of link: help, external, database (snippet & category) and program command. Also renamed some colour consts.

This commit implements feature request #3559464 (http://bit.ly/Pwsqg6).

Changed rendering of snippet documents created by code descended from TSnippetDoc to be optionally able to format snippet name headings differently depending on if user defined or not.
No difference in formatting implemented in TTextSnippetDoc.
Headings formatted in correct colour depending on source database in TRTFSnippetDoc.

Renamed UActiveText, UActiveTextHTML, UActiveTextRTF & UActiveTextValidator units into ActiveText namespace as UMain, UHTMLRenderer, URTFRenderer and UValidator respectively.
Updated all using units as necessary.

Revised to render snippet description active text correctly. Made other changes to formatting to suit this.

Changed RenderDescription method of TSnippetDoc to have a IActiveText instead of string parameter.
Made minimal changes to sub classes in order to compile and work reasonably effectively.

Added MakeMonochrome methods to TRTFStyle and TRTFStyleMap to remove colour from styles that must render in monochrome. TRTFSnippetDoc.InitStyles to use these new methods instead of
switching colour off in styles explicitly.
