CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Refactored out some loops that append content of one list to another.

Renamed various methods of TSWAGReader and modified calling code accordingly.
Also deleted redundant method in TSWAGReader.

Modified TSWAGReader to convert any web access related exceptions into more descriptive exceptions.

Added support for importing snippets into user defined database from online SWAG database.
Code includes:
* Wizard dialogue box and HTML resources displayed in dialogue.
* Importing code.
* Access to SWAG data from DelphiDabbler SWAG database web service (details at http://swag.delphidabbler.com/docs/api/).

This implements feature request #71 "Support importing of one or more snippets from the SWAG database" (https://sourceforge.net/p/codesnip/feature-requests/71/).
