Changed detail.html so that code from external.js is included as an embedded script instead of a linked script file.
This fixes bugs #84 "Script errors on startup" (https://sourceforge.net/p/codesnip/bugs/84/) and #85 "Check For Updates link " (https://sourceforge.net/p/codesnip/bugs/85/) which applied to IE 9 (and earlier?).
