Added new TWaitForThreadUI.Run overload that executes a given closure in a thread. Uses new, private, TProcThread thread class to do this.

Removed UThreadEx unit and its class, TThreadEx.
Updated using units to use TThread.

Changed units which have no specific namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

* Removed TActionThread class from UWaitForThreadUI unit.
