Renamed UImageListHelper unit as UClassHelpers.
Changed ULEDImageList to refer to renamed UClassHelpers unit.

Re-implemented image loading code from TLEDImageList to use TCustomImageList class helper LoadFromResource method to load LED images from resources.

Changed units which have no specific namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

* Moved all units directly concerned with supporting installed compilers into the new "Compilers" namespace. Some units were further renamed.
* Revised using units to use the new names.
