Merged revision(s) 3104 from trunk:
Fixed potential bug in TClassFormatter.SplitDeclFromDefn.

Since this is a kind of bug fix, it ought to be in next maintenance release, not waiting for next release from trunk, so merged into v4 maintenance branch from trunk.

Moved initialisation of overview and detail pane tabs into AfterShowForm because selecting detail pane tab in InitForm may cause a floating point (div by zero?) error in IE 10 browser control.

I'm hoping this fixes bug #75 - "Floating point error in 4.4.1" (https://sourceforge.net/p/codesnip/bugs/75/), because a similar fix in v3.x branch fixed similar bug #82 (https://sourceforge.net/p/codesnip/bugs/82/).
