CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Added line to include LEDs32.bmp in resources. This bitmap is added to RCDATA resources instead of BITMAP since the BRCC32 resource compiler doesn't recognise the 32 bit bitmap file type.

New bitmap containing all four LEDs associated with compile results.

New ULEDImageList unit. Defines a custom image list that provides a list of LED images.

Added code to TSnippetsChkListMgr to owner draw the managed check list box.

Added new methods to TRectEx:
* Equal operator overload
* NotEqual operator overload
* ContainsPoint
* IsEmpty
* MakeEmpty

* Added new overloaded TThemeServicesEx.DrawElement method that draws a combo box element on a bitmap.
* Changed Assert statements to get name of class from ClassName method instead of literal text.
