Merged revision(s) 3001-3015 from branches/xe-migration:

Reintegrated xe-migration branch into trunk. Probably the shortest lived branch ever, but the job was easier than expected!

Includes all revisions required to change compiler from Delphi 2010 to Delphi XE.

Includes changes to project file, source file to prevent hints and warnings, some correction of parameter types, avoidance of calls to deprecated Windows API methods. Also updated documentation & help file where relevant.

Added UContainers unit to test project.
Copied TestUContainers.pas (test cases for UContainers unit) from new-backend branch.

Updated svn_ignore properties to include .cfg, *.tvsconfig, *.identcache, *.local & __history as necessary.

Added a bunch of LICENSE files in some directories to clarify licensing of files in those directories.
LICENSE file in root describes licensing in general.

Standardised header comments in unit test units.

Added USingleton unit (copied from new-backend branch as of r2012) to test project along with its test case unit TestUSingleton (copied from new-backend branch at r2013).

Removed tests for classes that are in new-backend branch version of UBaseObjects but are not in version in trunk.

Added UBaseObjects unit (as of r2015) to test project along with its test case unit TestUBaseObjects (as copied from new-backend branch at r2014)

Copied TestUBaseObjects unit from new-backend branch.

Copied TestUSingleton unit from new-backend branch.
