This comprises all changes made from release 4.5.0 to release 4.5.1.

Renamed some methods of TDialogMgr.
Updated calling code in TMainForm accordingly.

Renamed TDialogMgr's ExecUpdateDlg method to ExecDBUpdateDlg and changed calling code accordingly.

Modified to set pass an TShowPrefsPageAction instance to notifier object for use in its ShowPrefsPage method and implemented the action's OnExecute event handler to display required page in Preferences dialogue box.

Added code to start and stop code that checks for program and database updates in background threads along with code that displays any resulting notifications in a pop up window in main window.

XMLDoc commented unit.

Added new action and Database menu option (in standard edition, not portable) to display dialogue box used to move user database to new directory.
