This comprises all changes made from release 4.5.0 to release 4.5.1.

Modified TDBDownloadMgr to require a Caller parameter to LogOn method that is sent to web service to identify calling code.
Modified TDBUpdateMgr to take a CallerInfo parameter to constructor and to pass that value on the TDBDownloadMgr.LogOn.
Modified code that calls TDBUpdateMgr to supply suitable caller information.

Moved all enumerated and event types of TDBUpdateMgr into the class as public types and renamed them.
Revised affected calling code re changes.

XMLDoc commented unit.

Replaced TDBUpdateHeadlineStyle enumeration in unit interface with a private enumeration named THeadlineStyle.

Renamed FmUpdateDlg unit to FmDBUpdateDlg.
Also renamed all types in form TUpdateXXX to TDBUpdateXXX.
Updated using code accordingly.
