Added placeholders for Rev and Date svn:keywords values

Noted which changelog files provide update information for each CodeSnip release.
Some other corrections and tweaks.

Removed comment block that described logical database structure - it was out of date.

Documented new keys in Prefs:Display section of per-user config file to support user defined background colour for source code in detail pane.

Updated Display Preferences help topic re customisation of source code background colour.

Added option to display preferences to customise background colour of source code displayed in main window.

This implements feature request #36 "Allow background colour to be altered for source code" (https://sourceforge.net/p/codesnip/feature-requests/36/)

Modified detail view frame to set CSS of source code to use background colour from preferences instead of a constant value.

Added new SourceCodeBGColour property to preferences that records colour used for background of source code in main display.
Also added related SourceCodeBGCustomColours property to record any custom colours created in custom colour dialogue box associated with the SourceCodeBGColour property.

Changed to link to snippet editor version of help topic for Dependencies dialogue box.
