Changed to pass required help link keyword to Dependencies dialogue box.

Modified preferences dialogue box to be passed required help topic via Execute method.

Added a "Select and Close" button that can optionally be displayed only if a valid snippet is provided. Clicking the button causes an XRef search to be returned that selects the snippets on the currently selected tab.

Recorded changes to FindXRefs section of user config file and fact that file version has been bumped to 15.

Updated Find XRefs dialogue box help topic re newly added options.

Updated user config file version to 15.
Added first-run code to rename old "IncludeRoutine" key in "FindXRefs" section to "IncludeSnippet".

Added new options to XRefs search to enable snippets that either cross-reference or depend on the selected snippet to be found. Modified search engine and dialogue box to that end.
Added new settings keys to support persisting of the new options.
Renamed settings key that records whether selected snippet is to be included in search.

Removed BuildNumbers.txt since only copy is now kept in repo root.
