Merged revision(s) 3001-3015 from branches/xe-migration:

Reintegrated xe-migration branch into trunk. Probably the shortest lived branch ever, but the job was easier than expected!

Includes all revisions required to change compiler from Delphi 2010 to Delphi XE.

Includes changes to project file, source file to prevent hints and warnings, some correction of parameter types, avoidance of calls to deprecated Windows API methods. Also updated documentation & help file where relevant.

Renamed FmUpdateDlg unit to FmDBUpdateDlg.
Also renamed all types in form TUpdateXXX to TDBUpdateXXX.

New unit containing action that can stores class name of a frame to be displayed in Preferences dialogue box.

Added new unit containing threads that check for database and program updates and create notification when updates are found.

New unit containing object that manages the notification display sub-system that runs in a background thread.

New unit containing thread class that pops any waiting items from notification queue and causes them to be displayed.

New unit containing wrapper class that uses TProgramUpdateMgr to check if a program update is available.

New frame providing an "Updates" tab for display in the Preferences dialogue box.
