Enlarged config compilers dialogue box and its contained frames.
Rearranged / resized controls to suit.

Changed form units, along with any subsidiary frames and classes in their namespace, from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Added checkbox to "Compiler" tab of "Configure Compilers" dialogue box that determines whether compiler results are displayed in details pane.

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree
