Modified TProgramUpdateChecker to take a CallerInfo parameter to its constructor instead of to its Execute method.
Updated calling code accordingly.

Changed Program Update dialogue box to use TProgramUpdateChecker wrapper class to get program update info instead of directly using TProgramUpdateMgr.
Removed references to some unused units.

Modified dialogue that checks for program updates to use revised web service: it now decides itself whether update is needed.
Download button now downloads update directly rather than displaying CodeSnip download web page.

Added new dialogue box form to project that checks to see if an update for CodeSnip is available and reports findings.
