Replaced IPreferences AutoCheckDatabaseUpdates and AutoCheckProgramUpdates properties with AutoCheckDatabaseFrequency and AutoCheckProgramFrequency respectively. These properties now specify a frequency of update checking in days, with 0 being "don't check".

Modified re changes made in USettings unit in previous revision.

Added new persistent AutoCheckDatabaseUpdates and AutoCheckProgramUpdates properties to IPreferences and its implementation.

Added support for preferences that record colour to use to display main and user database item headings. Also added preferences to record custom colours used by colour dialogue boxes used in setting heading colours.
