Added new button that restores default heading colours for main and user databases. This implements feature request #3559140 (http://bit.ly/QKQo43).
Made labels associated with main and user heading colour combo boxes focus those controls.
Added accelerator keys for each control.

Removed or corrected comments that refer to TGeneralPrefsFrame instead of TDisplayPrefsFrame.
Note: TDisplayPrefsFrame was originally created from a copy of TGeneralPrefsFrame.

Replaced incorrect header comment block including MPL 1.1 and reference to incorrect unit (FrGeneralPrefs) with correct MPL2 boilerplate used for new units.

Removed option to choose "None" as colour from colour combo boxes.

Added entries to edit colour used for user and main database item headings.
Fixed bug where setting check box for "hide empty selection" check box was triggering OnClick event for check box.

Split General Preferences frame into two: Miscellaneous (containing measurement units) and Display, containing all display related options.
Note: FrGeneralPrefs unit now contains only measurement units and displays on "Misc." tab. Options that display on "Display" tab in new FrDisplayPrefs unit.
