CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Added Bin and Exe sub-directories to svn:ignore property.

Changed TDBSnippetKey so that it doesn't support ordering of keys - just equality / inequality.
Updated tests in TestDBUSnippet.pas re changes to TDBSnippetKey.

Changed TDBSnippetKind to have same values, in same order, as TSnippetKind in trunk at r2327.
Changed TDBSnippetKindGroupKey so that it doesn't support ordering of keys - just equality / inequality.
Updated snippet kind descriptions.
Made changes to tests re renamings in TDBSnippetKind.
Updated tests in TestDBUSnippetKindGroup.pas re changes to TDBSnippetKindGroupKey.

Simplified TDBCookie.Hash. Was previously (incorrectly) assumed that hash of null cookie would never be same non-null hash. This assumption now removed.
Remove test for old assumption from unit test case for TDBCookie.

Updated svn_ignore properties to include .cfg, *.tvsconfig, *.identcache, *.local & __history as necessary.

Removed tsvn:logwidthmarker property.

Added existing UStructs unit to project. Required in order to make updated UExceptions unit compile. This updated version of UExceptions was merged from trunk at r1049.

* Added DUnit test suite for DB.USnippetKindGroup unit.

* Added new DB.UInitialLetterGroup unit that provides a skeleton implementation of an initial-letter group in the database along with supporting types.
* Added DUnit test suite for DB.UInitialLetterGroup unit.

Added UTestHelpers unit to SVN (omitted from previous commit at r979).
