CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Changed installer project and script files from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0

Removed code that copies user database and copies / updates per-user config file: setup program now only deals with copying main database and application wide common config file.

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

Corrected copyright date range to be in line with date of last revision.

* Updated installer to delete any Password value in ProxyServer section of per-user ini file if file version is earlier than v7. A message is displayed if any password is deleted.
* User ini files are now stamped as v7 (Common ini files remain at v5).

* Updated installer to handle revised per-user ini files by adding a new Prefs:CodeGen section along with default entries to any ini files with version earlier than v6.
* User ini files are now stamped as v6 (Common ini files remain at v5).

* Removed update histories from header comment block and replaced with Rev and Date SVN keywords.
* Corrected any errors in header comments.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.
