Units check list box on References page of Snippets Editor gets a new context menu item that clears all checks in list box.
Similar context menu items for other list boxes on same page have been renamed.

Converted code that gets unit list as IStringList and snippet ID list to return new instance of the objects instead of updating existing objects.

XMLDoc commented unit.

Added new context menu to Units list on Reference tab of Snippets Editor. Menu has actions to delete selected unit from list (unless it is reserved) and to restore default unit list.
Added code to implement above.

Added ability for units list in Snippets Editor to persist units in list and reload them when next display.
Settings object extended with new UnitList storage to facilitate this.

Changed units which have no specific namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Changed to permit unit names contain dots.

Added "Types" to predefined list of units in "Units" list on "References" tab of Snippets Editor.
Removed list of type from form definition: they are always replaced by list in TUnitsChkListMgr.

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

Added new UUnitsChkListMgr unit that implements class that manages check list box controls that display lists of Delphi units.
