CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Changed units which have no specific namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

* Added TSystemFolders static class that exposes TPJSystemFolders class to rest of program under a new name. Added two public methods to get common and per-user application data directories along with supporting protected methods.
* Added constructor that produces assertion failure to ensure that the static class is never constructed.

* Added TComputerInfo static class that exposes TPJComputerInfo class to rest of program under a new name with no additions or changes.
* Added constructors that produce assertion failures to ensure that these static classes are never constructed.

Added new TOSInfo.BrowserVer that gets major version number of the currently installed IE web browser / browser control. Needed to detect incompatibilities between different versions of browser control that CodeSnip uses. Also removed changelog from file.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.
