Renamed TPredefinedHiliteStyle's hsDelphi2006 value as hsRADStudio and changed affected code.
Changed caption of related predefined highlighter drop-down menu option in Syntax Highlighters tab of Preferennces dialogue box name from "Delphi 2006" to "RAD Studio".
Updated help topic for Syntax Highlighters tab re above changed.

Added support to saving a highlighter style under a given name along with support for using and deleting the named highlighters.
Two new dialogues: one to get highlighter name from user and second to display available named highlighters to enable them to be selected for use or deleted.

This comprises all changes made from release 4.0.1 to release 4.0.2.

Changed TRTFShowCaseFrame.TabStop property to False.
Modified all .dfms that use TRTFShowCaseFrame to also set the frame's TabStop property to False.
This is because we never want show cased controls to be tab stops.

Removed message noting that syntax highlighter changes don't take effect in main display until after restart - they now have effect straight away.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/plain" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Added support for new "nul" and "Visual Studio" syntax highlighter styles to IntfHiliter, UHiliteAttrs and FrHiliterPrefs units.

Merged changes from /branches/os-fonts:22-106 branch.

These changes add support for default operating system fonts to main display and dialog boxes.
