Changed Intf*** units, that are not part of any other namespace, from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Fixed bug #3561047 (http://bit.ly/Pf5L5v): Category overview sometimes doesn't start per preferences.

Main form was indirectly changing the tab in the overview pane when starting up with any except Categories tab (tab index 0) selected. This was saving state of tab 0 before it was assigned any tree nodes, meaning that it was displayed expanded when next selected because of lack of state info. Fix meant providing any Initialise method for the overview pane that selects the required tab without saving the state of tab 0. Main form calls this via new Initialise method of TMainDisplayMgr.

XMLDoc commented unit.

Changed popup menus used by detail pane to show more common options regardless of which menu type displayed. Exceptions are menus shown for anchors and images which focus on command / link being executed and don't display any commands embedded in displayed document.

Added new pop-up menu to tab set in details pane that closes selected tab.
Implemented as a new command bar owned by detail frame.

Added support for reloading an HTML document into detail pane causing style sheet to be updated.
This has effect of correctly displaying changed title colours and syntax highlighting.

Fixed bug where content of last open tab in detail pane was still being displayed when all tabs closed.
Fixes bug #3534138.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

* Moved all units directly concerned with supporting installed compilers into the new "Compilers" namespace. Some units were further renamed.
* Revised using units to use the new names.
