Major revision of Move User Database dialogue box, with additional checks on paths.

Added two new methods the TFontHelper: SetDefaultFonts and SetDefaultBaseFonts.

Fixed error in TUserConfigFileUpdater.UpdateNamespaces - ensures "Switches" entry not created in config file if none was present at start.

Updated with details of new values in Prefs:Hiliter section that contain details of named highlighters.

Updated re changes:
* re ability to change user database directory in standard edition.

Added ability to double click a highlighter name as a shortcut to clicking "Use" button.

Changed TNamedHiliterAttrs to clone highlight attributes when storing and returned highlighters.
Added new THiliteAttrsFactory.CloneAttrs method to help in cloning highlight attributes instances.

Fixed bug where User Defined Styles menu option was not being updated when a style was saved.
